A Length of Rustic Hemp Kaya: Indigo Dyed Mosquito Netting

This is a wonderful length of rustic, indigo dyed hemp cloth. This is a panel from a kaya, or mosquito netting, hence the very loose, open weave of the cloth.
The color is a beautiful, deep, warm blue/grey/green; the hemp yarns are wiry and have taken the indigo dye in a slightly uneven fashion, which adds to the country appeal of this length.
In looking at the accompanying photos, notice that there is some light fading on areas that were wrinkled from years of use and exposure to the elements.
A lovely length of old kaya.
