Store Policies

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
As we aim to represent our products as accurately as possible in photography and by written description, please contact us by email or telephone with any additional questions prior to purchase: once an item is purchased the sale is final.

We cannot be responsible if you receive an item and:

-the color isn't like what showed on your monitor

-if it is the wrong size, etc.
-if you intend to wear a garment and it does not fit. It is your responsibility to check your specifications against the dimensions listed and to email or call us for more specific information before you purchase an item.

2. ALL ITEMS SOLD HERE ARE OLD AND HAVE BEEN USED BY THEIR ORIGINAL MAKER
That said, not every nick, small hole, abrasion to the cloth will be noted online.  It is to be expected that this cloth shows wear, and in certain cases, will show some small holes or abrasions that are not noted on the product description.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: FEES AND CUSTOMS DUTY INFORMATION
a. International shipments are handled by the United States Postal Service Priority Mail Service. If your actual shipment fee is less than charged at the time of check-out, we will refund you your over payment once the actual shipping cost is known. 

b. If you prefer a service other than Priority Mail to be used, please email us to let us know at the time of your purchase so we can comply with your request.

c. We can not insure a piece for more than its declared customs value.  If you request us to claim your shipment as a lower value than what you paid this is at your risk and your potential loss: if the package is lost, stolen or damaged, we can only claim what was declared on the customs form.

d. We cannot be responsible for the length of time a package takes to reach you, nor the length of time that the customs authority of your country holds your parcel.  

We cannot be responsible if your country's customs authority charges VAT on the items purchased from this website.  As a resident of your country, you are responsible for all customs duty you are required to pay.  We cannot know your country's customs protocols nor can we be accountable for them.  
 

4. AT TIMES AN ITEM LISTED ON THE WEBSHOP MAY NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE
At times items from the webshop are purchased directly from our showroom and our webshop's database does not show the item has been sold.  As this is our oversight, we apologize if an item that you have purchased from the webshop is no longer in our physical inventory.  If this is the case, your money will be refunded in full immediately.

-We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, money order or personal check. 

5. PUTTING AN ITEM IN A SHOPPING BAG DOES NOT HOLD IT FOR YOU
-If you put an item in your shopping bag this does not hold the piece for you nor does it guarantee you rights to the piece. 

-The item becomes yours once you have paid for the piece and have received confirmation of such.

-Several people can have the same item in their shopping bag at the same time.  The person who checks out successfully first is able to buy any particular piece.  Purchases are time stamped.
