A Repaired Zokin: Subtle Large Patch

Zokin are traditional Japanese dustrags which are almost always made from layered and sashiko stitched scraps of cloth.

This is a very handsome zokin which is sewn from recycled dark brown cotton cloth, about three layers in all.   

Please notice that on the front of the zokin there is a large, subtle repair, very hard to see but once you notice it it will charm you.
