A Length of Unused Kasuri Cotton: Double Ikat

This is a length of indigo dyed cotton that is dyed in the kasuri technique.

The deep, velvety blue color is rich and the zigzag placement of the kasuri woven images lends an overall lighthearted feeling to the design. 

The cloth is seemingly unused and the regular design is handsome. The execution of the double kasuri weaving is very well done.
