A Length of Beautifully Toned Plaid Cotton: Two Patches

This is a length of hand woven plaid cotton that has beautifully faded to soft tones of blue and orange.

The plaid is of a fairly large scale and it seems likely that this length was taken from a futon cover: notice two smallish mending patches on the top half of the length.

The cloth is has been worn nicely overall and this wear has imbued the cloth with a kind of faded delicacy that is more than attractive. There is one very faint stain that is barely noticeable, even on photographs.

A simply beautiful length of cloth.
