A Length of Boldly Patterned Black Dyed Cotton: Wisteria

This is a fairly lightweight length of cotton cloth with a good texture. It is resist dyed with a pattern in a large repeat based on a white-on-black design.

The images are roundels of stylized wisteria against a background of intersecting, undulating lines of even width. The placement of the roundels against the background is playful and charming to see.

The condition is good and used and the design is fairly unusual.

Delightful, bold and attractive.
