An Unusual and Beautiful Length of Plaid Kaya: Mosquito Netting

This is a starched length of cotton mesh which is woven and dyed in a large, dark-toned--and very handsome--check pattern.

The cloth is a type that would have been used in making mosquito net tenting, however it is finished by hand on each of its narrow ends so more than likely it was not used as mosquito net.

The colors, which are deep, are hard to capture, but they play well against each other and offer a lovely visual treat.

This length is in excellent, used condition.
