This is a good-sized carry-all from the early-to-mid part of the twentieth century. The drawstring bag is made from cotton.
The exterior of the bag is machine stitched from factory-loomed cotton, while the lining seems to be of a hand loomed, striped cotton.
The bottom of the bag is cardboard covered in cotton and it contains four, metal "feet" used for reinforcement.
A good bag for textile scrap storage or for hauling a light load from place to place, this old bag is still very able to get some simple jobs done.
