Zokin are traditional Japanese dust rags which are almost always made from layered and sashiko stitched scraps of cloth.

This is a handsome zokin which is sewn from recycled cotton cloth which has been beautifully and perfectly symmetrically sashiko stitched in white cotton thread.

The stitching is beautifully executed. Just wonderful.

A very good looking zokin with a lovely composition and good color.
