A Tie Dyed Indian Gauzy Cotton Turban: Yellow Color and Small Dots

This beautifully colored and decorated shape-resist dyed turban from Rajasthan, India which is made from light weight cotton, almost a gossamer weight: the gauzy cloth is finely woven and is almost translucent.

The tie dyed pattern is charming: as can be easily seen by the accompanying detail photos the ground color is a rich, saturated yellow-maize. The artfully spaced tie-dyed spots are red, purple, pale green and a bulls-eye design which is combination of all three colors. 

One end, the one shown, is cut. The condition overall is good and used and the color throughout this delightful cloth is bright and clear.
