A Length of Richly Toned Plaid Cotton: Patina from Wear

This is a length of hand spun, hand woven cotton cloth that is woven in a richly patterned design of a kind of elongated plaid.

The color is rich as is the weaving, the length is hand stitched from two pieces and bears two patches of the same cloth on the reverse side. The surface is kind of "pitted" and worn and the type of small pitting on its surface is shown here on detail photos.

The cloth is beautifully colored, designed and woven and is really beautiful in the hand as well as to admire.
