This is a length of hand woven striped cotton of a handsome design and coloration. The cloth is mended with three patches, each of which shows lovely hand stitching which affixes the patch to the base cloth.
The color, as noted above, is rich and the combination of tones woven into the cloth is attractive.
Equally attractive is the detail of the hand mending of this length, and in this case, the mending patches are of the same cloth as the base.
Just lovely.
