A Length of Blue-on-Blue Plaid: Hand Woven Cotton

This hand loomed length of indigo dyed cotton shows a plaid that is composed of squares of dark and light tones of indigo separated by narrow strips of white or undyed cotton.  The length of cloth was taken from a futon cover.

The cloth is tightly woven and of good weight: the color is rich and beautiful.

This is an elegant and beautiful length of old, hand loomed, hand dyed Japanese cotton that is in good, used condition.
