A Length of Beautifully Designed and Colored Plaid Cotton: Hand Spun Yarns

This is a very handsome, beautifully colored length of hand spun, hand woven cotton designed as a plaid. 

The warm, gradient blues--all natural dyes, for sure--in combination with the warm pale cream tones creates a sophisticated palette and a subtle one.

This length was found in the area that produced a prized type of cloth called Tambafu and, although it is not known if this length was woven there, it certainly has a stylistic kinship to this treasured cloth.

In very good, used condition, this length shows no damage to the naked eye.
