A Beautifully Colored Sakiori Obi: Rag Woven Obi Sash

This is a handsomely colored and beautifully woven sakiori obi, is a rustic, traditional kimono sash which was woven using shredded cloth as its weft yarn.
The warp yarns on this obi are of purple, red and white silk or rayon: the weft yarns alternating blocks of brick color and teal green: the staggered warp colors create the plaid look of this rich-toned obi.
This sakiori obi is in very good condition, with no visible stains or holes.
