An Old Daifukucho: Hand Written Accounting Book

This is a very nice, old daifukucho, which is a hand bound, hand written book that was originally used for inventories, for accounting, for ledgers or as a record of loans.

This one is filled with hand writing done in sumi or charcoal-based ink.  Its two abraded covers show hand written kanji or Chinese characters and the binding and tie to the book is original to the piece.  On one of the sides of the book is a handwritten kanji.

A good example of a traditional daifukucho, with its original, intact cording.
