This handsome piece of cotton mosquito netting is very long and bears a deep green color tone and nice, patched repairs
It is a length of kaya or mosquito netting so the cloth is woven as a kind of mesh: it is lightly starched.
The piece shows about 3 patches in all and it is composed of two distinct pieces.
The deep, rich color tone is more than likely due to being dyed in synthetic dye.
This is a lovely piece of old cotton cloth with especially good length and a rich, deep color.
