A Length of Rustic Kasuri: Interlocking Diamonds

This is a length of nicely woven, rather heavy, indigo dyed cotton kasuri cloth. It is a rustic sort of kasuri, seemingly hand woven and with nice, thick yarns.

The pattern is a good one and shows a repeat design of interlocking diamonds. The color contrast between light and dark is low and close which gives a textural feel to the already rather slubby cloth.

A good looking length of old, rustic kasuri in a pattern that is attractive and geometric.
